Ultra-high temperature refractory fiberboard and refractory fiber furnace tube are rigid high-temperature fiber heat insulation materials. It is made of polycrystalline alumina fiber as the main raw material, adding other special inorganic fibers and binders, and is made by vacuum forming.
This product has the following characteristics:
1) Rigid material with high bending strength at high temperature. Excellent high temperature resistance;
2) Light weight and small heat capacity. Low thermal conductivity;
3) Excellent thermal shock resistance;
4) Good machinability, can be cut;
5) Excellent peeling resistance when the temperature rises rapidly;
6) Corrosion resistance. Can directly contact the flame;
7) Easy to install and use.
This product is especially suitable for thermal insulation in rapid heating and cooling occasions. For example, it is used as the hot surface lining material of the fast high-temperature electric furnace, etc.
